2 / Rejected for Her Looks: How I Got Revenge After a Sales Assistant Insulted My Wife

Posted on May 25, 2025May 25, 2025 By admin No Comments on 2 / Rejected for Her Looks: How I Got Revenge After a Sales Assistant Insulted My Wife

On the day of the plan, with Emma’s help picking out an outfit, I went back to the store pretending to browse for a gift for my wife. The same sales assistant was there, and her attitude immediately shifted when she spotted a potential big sale. She became friendly and attentive, showing me various lingerie sets and offering her opinions.

After about half an hour, I stepped outside “to call my wife” but instead called Mike. He arrived shortly and introduced himself to the assistant as a talent scout for a major fashion brand. Mike praised the store as a great place to find fresh faces and asked if they had anyone with a unique look. The assistant eagerly volunteered herself, confident this was her big break. But Mike politely rejected her, saying she didn’t quite fit the image they needed — someone who truly stood out. She looked devastated.

Then Mike turned to me and asked if I had someone in mind. I smiled and said, “Yes, my wife Emma — she’s stunning, confident, and perfect for your campaign.”Mike agreed to meet Emma, and the assistant was left speechless and pale, realizing how wrong she had been to judge Emma based on looks. The message was clear: beauty and worth aren’t just skin deep.Emma later met with Mike and though she didn’t pursue modeling, the experience gave her a huge boost of confidence.

When we talked about it, she told me how amazing and professional Mike was, and how much she appreciated the support.A week later, we walked past that lingerie store again. Emma walked tall and confident, no longer affected by that assistant’s cruelty. The best revenge, I realized, wasn’t just humiliating someone — it was lifting up the person they tried to tear down and helping them see their true value.
